Aaron’s Sales Associates are a positive, energetic force on the showroom floor, driving sales by engaging directly with customers and helping them find just what they need. You’ll assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise, with safety training provided for the physical tasks.

The role involvesWeekday hours in a busy retail environment and a focus on delivering excellent service. This position offers an hourly rate of $17.00–$18.25 plus performance-based incentive pay.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Schedule varies from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unaided and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers select products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers in person and on the telephone.
