Job summary

Aaron’s Sales Associates are a positive, energetic force on the showroom floor. You’ll drive sales by engaging directly with customers and assisting them in finding just what they need. At times, you’ll help clean, organize and even move merchandise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work a varied schedule (9:00 am – 8:00 pm).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unaided and 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select products and assist with purchases.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties and maintain customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers by phone and in person.
