Job summary

Cellairis is seeking a Brand Advocate in Cleveland, Tennessee to drive in-store conversions through energetic engagement and effective sales conversations. You will use scripts based on AIDA to attract walk-by customers and convert them to leads or purchases at our Cellairis counter.

The role requires excellent communication, high energy, and a willingness to build relationships with customers. Prior retail experience is a plus; training provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Own reliable transportation/Valid Driver’s License.
• Retail experience recommended but not required; proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors.
• Use AIDA model based scripts to engage walk-by customers and drive them to the Cellairis counter.
• Persuade customers to seek repair quotes or join mailing lists by offering free products.
• Explain offers clearly and guide customers to complete purchases.
