Cellairis is seeking a Brand Advocate in a fast-paced retail setting to engage with walk-by customers and convert interest into store visits and sales. You will use energy and scripts designed to drive conversions at the entrance, building rapport and guiding customers toward our products and services.

The role emphasizes strong communication, enthusiasm, and an ability to turn casual interest into action, with shifts that accommodate a shopping-focused schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors using an engaging script.
• Entice customers with free products to visit the store and consider a purchase.
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, obtain quotes, and join mailing list.
• Follow AIDA model to convert walk-bys into in-store sales.
