Responsibilities

• Make prep recipes and menu items to specification.
• Label, date, cover and refrigerate prep items for the line.
• Open/close shifts and handle side duties like stocking and breaking down equipment.
• Keep kitchen clean and organized while maintaining safety standards.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and read order tickets accurately.
• Assemble orders and verify product quality and specs.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and teamwork across FOH and BOH.
• Handle re-cook, special prep, long tickets, and large group procedures.
