Midwest Express Clinic is seeking a Medical Assistant for the Southwest Suburbs, Illinois, and nearby Tinley Park/Bolingbrook locations. You will welcome patients, take vitals, document in EMR, and support providers during visits in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Responsibilities include rooming patients, bloodwork, EKGs, injections, and assisting with insurance verification, scheduling, and payments. A reliable, flexible team player with 1–2+ years of outpatient experience is preferred.

• Prior clinical experience with 1-2+ years in an outpatient setting.
• Friendly, polished, professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly, room patients, obtain vitals and medical history, document accurately within the EMR, and support providers during visits.
• Perform blood draws, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection as permitted.
• Register patients, support insurance verification, answer phones, schedule visits, and collect payments.
• Keep documentation accurate and organized within the EMR.
• Show up on time and ready to contribute.
• Support teammates during busy shifts.
• Help keep the clinic clean, smooth, and efficient.
