Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of clinical experience in outpatient settings is required.
• Friendly, polished, professional presence for patient interactions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality across shifts.
• Flexibility to support varying clinic schedules and nearby locations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and create a great first impression.
• Room patients, obtain vitals and medical history, and document accurately in the EMR; support providers during visits.
• Perform blood draws, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection as permitted.
• Register patients, verify insurance, answer phones, schedule visits, and collect payments.
• Maintain organized and accurate EMR documentation; support clinic operations.
• Support teammates during busy shifts and help keep the clinic clean and efficient.
