Faherty Brand is opening Sun & Waves All Day Market in Spring Lake, NJ, and seeks an experienced cook to support all culinary operations under the Executive Chef. You will ensure proper food safety, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver timely, high-quality service to customers.

With 2+ years of hospitality experience, you will expertly handle knife skills, hot and cold lines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment while following state food-safety certifications

Competenze

• 2+ years of relative experience in the Hospitality industry.
• Excellent knife skills and experience working in both hot and cold lines.
• Maintain proper food certifications specific to State Laws.
• Energetic, accountable and team-oriented.
• Track record of taking ownership and going beyond responsibilities to ensure the success of the team.

Mansioni

• Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and menuspecifications.
• Ensure food quality and safety by following proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Adhere to portion control guidelines and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate food preparation and orderexecution.
