Job summary

KidStrong is hiring energetic individuals to join our milestone-based program for kids aged 6 months through 11 years. You’ll help families stay engaged, lead activities, and support a positive, high-energy classroom environment.

Responsibilities include running classes, weekend shifts, and helping with setup and cleanup. Pay starts at $18 per hour with typical staff earning around $20+ per hour; opportunities for advancement and a fun, supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• A genuine love for children aged 6 months to 11 years.
• Ability to work 2–5 shifts per week, including some weekend hours.
• Willingness to train and take direction well.
• Stage presence and energetic performance for events.
• Effective leadership and motivational skills.
• Willingness to clean as part of duties.
