Orangetheory Fitness Spokane is hiring passionate fitness professionals to join a energetic team. You will deliver heart-rate-based, technology-tracked workouts in a high-energy group setting and help members achieve their health goals.

The role offers competitive pay for coaching and non-coaching duties, ongoing training, 401(k), bonuses, and strong growth potential in the fitness space. Full-time position with flexible schedules and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, body mechanics and fitness principles.
• Certifications from ACSM/ACE/NASM/NCSA/AFFA/NFPT preferred; not required depending on background.
• Bachelor's in Health Science or Kinesiology is acceptable to begin coaching.
• Ability to train all fitness levels with enthusiasm and energy.
• Strong interpersonal communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to project confidence and energy on a microphone in group classes.
• Flexibility for morning, evening, or weekend shifts.
• Group fitness experience or personal training preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs safely.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with the local community and drive studio attendance.
• Retain current clientele and deliver engaging workouts.
• Motivate clients to reach personal fitness goals.
• Lead and deliver scientifically designed group workouts.
• Ensure participant safety and offer options for different skill levels.
• Attend studio meetings and ongoing education to stay current.
• Conduct studio tours and facilitate member onboarding and sales.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and customer care tasks.
