Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking an energetic coach to deliver scientifically predesigned workouts per session in a high-energy group setting. You will motivate clients, manage time effectively, and ensure proper form to optimize results.

Reporting to the Head Coach or Studio Sales & Fitness Manager, you will participate in training and certifications provided by Orangetheory. Responsibilities include leading workouts, helping clients reach goals, and understanding heart-rate based training.

Qualifications

• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.
• Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred.
• Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment (Orange is more than a just a color, it’s an attitude).
• Flexible to work any day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts.
• Helping members set and achieve goals.
• Making sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t.
• Understanding the science behind our workouts and heart-rate focused training programs.
• Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout.
• Being a team player.
