Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coaching and motivating members during workouts.
• Conducting consultations with trial members.
• Correcting exercise form to prevent injuries.
• Promoting and selling F45 services.
• Demonstrating exercises with perfect form.
• Setting up and cleaning equipment.
