Job summary

F45 Training CP008687 is seeking high-energy fitness trainers to deliver team-based, high-intensity workouts at our Anthem studio. You will coach groups, conduct goal-oriented consultations, and ensure correct form to prevent injuries while promoting F45 services to grow memberships.

Ideal candidates have experience in group training, strong communication, and a passion for customer service in a fast-paced setting. Weekend availability is preferred, with a collaborative, fun team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering team-based HIIT workouts in a fitness studio.
• Ability to motivate and coach groups during high-intensity sessions.
• Strong communication and customer service to retain members.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and motivating members through workouts
• Conduct goal-oriented consultations with trial members
• Correct exercise form to prevent injuries
• Promote F45 services and assist in membership growth
• Light service desk responsibilities
• Lead and demonstrate exercises with proper form
• Provide regressions and progressions
• Set up and clean equipment around the studio
