Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience is considered an asset
• Must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be a people person - energetic, friendly and outgoing, with the ability to command attention in a crowd of people

Responsibilities

• Guide players through check-in and provide assistance during gameplay
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment and assist with inventory/merchandising
• Handle transactions, issue receipts, and distribute wristbands
• Escalate issues to leadership and ensure guests have an excellent experience
