The role requires stamina for long shifts, ability to work varied hours including nights and weekends, and a collaborative, proactive attitude to support the kitchen and service team.

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming experiences for guests and clients.
• Supports restaurant prep (BOH and line) for daily operation.
• Meets daily quickservice and food safety standards.
• Ensures proper food quantities and inventory for daily service.
• Participates in safety logs and proper food handling.
