Job summary

Six Flags Great Adventure is seeking friendly food service team members to prepare, serve, and sell a variety of items at outdoor carts, restaurants, and catered events. This role places you at the heart of guest experience with fast, fresh, made-to-order menu items.

You will take orders, handle cash at the POS, maintain clean workstations, and ensure safety and hospitality during busy weekends and holidays in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be available weekends.
• Must be 16 years or older to prepare food.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to handle cash accurately.
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout shift.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to read and understand English.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service while surrounded by roller coasters.
• Greet guests and take orders, offering menu suggestions and upsells.
• Operate POS cash registers, receive money and give change.
• Prepare items from burgers to funnel cake sundaes and more.
• Keep work areas clean and safe for guests.
