United FP is seeking a high-energy Fitness Trainer for our Operations team. You will run Planet Fitness group fitness programs and design simple workout plans to help members reach their goals.

You’ll create loyal customers by delivering great service and encouraging participation across classes. Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, club cleanliness, member tours, enrollment support, and front-desk collaboration.

Qualificações

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Passion for helping others.
• Nationally Certified Training Certification required.
• Fitness equipment knowledge and ability to demonstrate use.
• Ability to communicate, stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform related physical tasks.
• On-time dependability; fluent English; bilingual in Spanish helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and perform minor repairs on gym equipment.
• Keep the club clean and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Recruit new and current members to join fitness classes.
• Assist front desk with tours, enrollment, and other duties.
• Lead with passion and invite members to enjoy fitness.
