Job summary

Planet Fitness-United Fitness Partners in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a high-energy Fitness Trainer to help members reach their fitness goals with safe, effective workouts and a positive mindset.

You will design programs for all ages, lead the PE@PF group fitness program, and maintain a clean, welcoming club while showing members how to use equipment properly. Join a growth-minded team with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current National Training Certification (ACE/NASM/ISSA/ACSM/NSCA).
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification at minimum.
• 1–3 years related fitness experience in wellness or gym setting.
• Knowledge of fitness equipment and safe usage.
• English language proficiency; bilingual Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Help members achieve fitness goals and use equipment properly.
• Design simple workout programs for all ages and skill levels.
• Lead Planet Fitness group fitness program PE@PF and promote safe workouts.
• Engage and motivate members to achieve sustained results.
• Maintain equipment and keep the club clean to high standards.
• Promote gym policies and safety practices in a judgement-free environment.
• Model a positive, energetic leadership style and encourage team collaboration.
