Job summary

Planet Fitness-United Fitness Partners is seeking a high-energy Fitness Trainer to lead PE@PF sessions, design beginner-friendly workout plans, and motivate members to reach their goals in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.

You will ensure equipment is safe and well maintained, promote class participation, and support a culture of growth and exceptional customer service within the club.

Qualifications

• Current National Training Certification (ACE; NASM; ISSA; ACSM; NSCA)
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification
• Fitness equipment knowledge with ability to demonstrate use of each piece
• English language proficiency; speaking, understanding, reading and writing
• 1–3 years experience in related field health and wellness

Responsibilities

• Lead Planet Fitness group fitness program PE@PF and design simple workout programs for all ages and skill levels
• Create engaging, high-energy sessions and build member confidence
• Maintain equipment and perform minor repairs to ensure readiness
• Keep club and equipment clean and uphold gym policies and safety practices
• Attract new and current members to participate in fitness classes and promote health
• Demonstrate leadership and commitment to personal and team growth
