Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking an outgoing Event Marketer for part‑time work at trade shows, fairs, and events around the Richmond area. You will attend pre-scheduled events and engage potential customers to generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Starting pay is $18 per hour plus commission with paid training and opportunities for growth into management. A reliable vehicle, smartphone, and the ability to stand for long periods are required.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability (Fri–Sun) required.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Attention to detail and punctuality
• Self-motivated with ability to educate potential customers about products
• High energy, engaging, able to stand for long periods
• Must have a smartphone to use the timekeeping app and submit leads

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and demonstrate products with high energy.
• Work with minimal supervision while keeping the manager informed.
• Generate and capture leads for the sales team.
• Set up and tear down event displays (lifting up to 50 pounds)
