Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking outgoing, energetic individuals to join the event marketing team as a part-time Event Marketer at trade shows, fairs, festivals, and events throughout the Salisbury, MD area.

The role will involve engaging with potential customers, delivering product demonstrations, generating qualified leads for the sales team, and supporting event setup and teardown. Starting pay is $18 per hour plus commission, with paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Attention to detail and punctual.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line.
• High level of energy, engagement and standing for extended periods of time at events.
• Ability to utilize our proven system to generate qualified leads for our rapidly growing company.
• Must have a smartphone to use the Company timekeeping application and submit leads.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed.
• Generate and Data Capture show leads for our award-winning products.
• Event set up and tear down (ability to lift to 50 pounds).
