Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Direct care experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and a genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and support activities.
• Plan and lead engaging activities tailored to individuals’ interests.
• Document observations and share progress with the team.
• Ensure safety, follow treatment plans, and apply First Aid/CPR when needed.
• Assist with transportation as needed with a valid driver’s license.
