White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is seeking friendly team members to help us create memorable moments for Craver Nation. No experience? No problem—we’ll teach you everything.

You’ll handle customer service, operate the cash register and drive-thru, and help prepare orders while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. As a fourth-generation family business, we prioritize team safety and growth from within.

Qualifications

• Must love to smile, laugh & have fun.
• Stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire

Responsibilities

• Customer service at the counter and drive-thru
• Operate the cash register
• Prepare orders and maintain sanitation
