Job summary

Dairy Queen in Toledo, Ohio is seeking a positive, energetic Crew Member/Chill Staff to deliver exceptional customer service and assemble, present, and stock treat orders in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain clean, safe customer areas, follow health codes, and work with management on shifts. No prior experience required; there are opportunities for growth and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for long periods in a fast-paced setting.
• Read order monitors and follow health procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Interact with customers and co-workers in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with co-workers to ensure correct orders are served.
• Prepare treat products following health and safety standards quickly and accurately.
• Be pleasant and alert to customer needs.
• Operate and maintain restaurant equipment including chill equipment.
• Work as a team to ensure quality, service, cleanliness and value.
• Stock and organize needed items in the chill area.
• Break down and clean the chill area at the end of the day.
• Wash counters, tables, restrooms, and sweep/mop floors.
