Job summary

Dairy Queen in Michigan is seeking a positive, energetic Crew Member/Chill Staff to deliver exceptional customer service while preparing and presenting treat orders in a fast-paced, clean environment. You will stock, clean, and maintain all customer areas to health code standards and assist with daily prep work and chilling operations.

Applicants should be able to work under pressure, lift up to 50 pounds, and move items as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting light to moderate loads.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by assembling and presenting treat orders.
• Stock, clean and maintain service and dining areas.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely.
• Work as part of a team to ensure quality, service, cleanliness and value.
• Restock items and rotate products.
• Complete prep work for stocking and chill area setup.
• Follow health and safety standards and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
