Job summary

The George Sportsmen’s Lounge in Las Vegas seeks a Model Cocktail Server to deliver elevated service on outdoor patios and during high-volume events. You will represent the venue brand with exceptional grooming, confidence, and guest interaction.

Responsibilities include prompt beverage and food service, accurate POS entry, and collaboration with bar and event teams. Candidates should be 21+, with prior upscale hospitality experience, and possess required alcohol/health cards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Previous cocktail serving or high-volume hospitality experience preferred.
• Previous upscale dining, nightlife, sports bar, dayclub, or patio service experience strongly preferred.
• Valid Alcohol Awareness Card and Health Card required prior to employment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and attentive cocktail and food service to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, beverages, cocktails, and promotions.
• Enter orders into the POS system and process guest payments.
• Monitor guest needs and anticipate service opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and patio areas.
• Engage guests in a professional and energetic manner.
• Comply with SNHD, OSHA, and gaming-related policies.
• Collaborate with bartenders, runners, bussers, security, and management.
• Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and side work duties.
• Maintain appearance standards and grooming at all times.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate to management.
• Safely carry trays and items throughout shifts.
• Support events and high-volume patio operations.
