7th Street Burger is hiring both part-time and full-time cashiers to be the face of the shop in New York. You’ll greet customers, enter orders into the POS, and handle cash, card, and mobile payments efficiently.

Qualifications

• Customer-first attitude and reliable attendance are essential.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Food handler certification is a plus and we help you get certified.
• Flexible availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming, high-energy experience.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system.
• Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments efficiently.
• Count and close out the register at open and close.
• Keep the counter, lobby, and garbage areas clean throughout your shift.
• Communicate with the cooks to ensure order accuracy and speed.
• Support your teammates and jump in wherever the shift needs you.
