Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment.
• Deliver friendly, efficient service at checkout while maintaining a positive attitude
• Follow the company’s Four Steps of Customer Service with every interaction to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction
• Communicate current promotions, loyalty programs, and product recommendations
• Operate the POS system accurately for all transactions
• Ensure correct change, issue receipts, and process refunds per policy
• Stock shelves and displays, maintain pricing accuracy
• Prepare and maintain self-serve food/beverage stations where applicable
• Maintain facility cleanliness and safety, report hazards
• Adhere to shift duties and assist with additional duties as assigned
