Topgolf in Greensboro, NC is seeking energetic bartenders for a fast-paced, guest-focused role. You will greet Players, craft cocktails and non‑alcoholic drinks, upsell items, and help create memorable experiences in a high-energy venue.

You’ll work with a team to keep the bar stocked, clean, and compliant while delivering exceptional service and embodying Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage and Caring.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and energy to create a welcoming bar experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Focus on delivering a great player experience and upselling when appropriate.
• Ability to stay composed during high-volume periods and crowds.
• Previous bartending experience in bar, restaurant, hospitality or entertainment environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet Players with energy, upsell signature drinks and food, and enhance their visit.
• Mix a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages and maintain bar cleanliness.
• Collaborate with fellow Playmakers to deliver top-notch service and VIP experiences.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for guests.
• Live Topgolf values in daily interactions to support teammates and guests.
