Shark Bar Kansas City is seeking a Bartender to join a vibrant, high-volume venue. You will craft cocktails, pour beer and wine, take orders, and ensure guest satisfaction with an energetic, friendly approach.

Candidate should have 1–2 years of experience, strong liquor knowledge, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. English fluency is required; health and safety certifications are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending in high-volume bars or nightclubs.
• Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Formal bartending training preferred.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Good communication with guests, cooks and staff.
• Alcohol awareness certification or valid health/food handler card as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide energetic, outgoing, and professional service.
• Mix cocktails and prepare drinks according to recipes.
• Serve wine, beer, and other beverages.
• Take beverage orders from guests and staff.
• Record orders and manage payments and tips per policy.
• Present and promote current promotions to guests.
• Be knowledgeable about products to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and side work as assigned.
