Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients and prepare cocktails and other drinks per recipes.
• Serve wine, beer, and promote current promotions to guests.
• Record orders, collect payment, and balance sales per company policy.
• Check IDs to ensure proper age; communicate clearly with guests and staff.
