Job summary

PopStroke Entertainment Group is seeking energetic bartenders to welcome guests, share menu knowledge, and assist with mobile ordering at our restaurant/bar and golf venues. You will deliver food and drinks, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a fun, memorable guest experience across indoor and outdoor spaces.

Applicants should have bartending experience in busy settings, be available weekends/holidays, and exhibit strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum bartending experience in a high-volume setting.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the restaurant/bar.
• Share knowledge of the menu and spirits/beer/wine.
• Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to restaurant, bar and golf guests.
• Serve guests with outstanding service and provide a memorable experience; keep areas clean.
• Prepare garnishes for drinks, stock ice, glassware, and supplies.
• Assist with inventory by monitoring stock, labeling items, and notifying management of shortages.
• Comply with safety and sanitation ordinances and liquor laws.
