Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Relevant training certificate.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and sanitation code and policies.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Recognize guests' needs and respond proactively.
• Convey enthusiasm for our food and beverage menus and know the menu well.
• Work as a team to support guests and the service flow.
• Process transactions using the POS system accurately.
• Follow steps of service and verify legal drinking age.
• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages; mix cocktails.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Perform other duties as needed.
