Level99 Entertainment is looking for a Bartender to provide exceptional hospitality in a dynamic adult playground setting. You will greet guests, anticipate needs, and mix cocktails while maintaining knowledge of the menu and allergies.

You’ll work with a team to ensure accurate transactions and adherence to health and safety standards. Ideal candidates have bartender experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and a positive, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and sanitation code and policies.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• A positive, joyful, upbeat and energetic attitude - leading by example.
• Must be 21 years old or older, the legal age to bartend in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and provide welcoming service.
• Recognize guests' needs and anticipate requests.
• Convey enthusiasm for menus and accommodate allergies.
• Work with team to ensure seamless service.
• Process transactions using POS and track orders.
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages and mix cocktails.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Comply with health, safety and hygiene standards.
