Job summary

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Bartender for a part-time role with potential for earning tips. You will anticipate guest needs and provide a fun, high-energy atmosphere while upholding Andretti’s quality standards.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, mixing drinks, serving food, handling payments, and maintaining bar area. Previous hospitality experience is a plus; shifts include days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare standard and specialty mixed drinks; serve wine and beer accurately and quickly.
• Deliver food and beverages professionally and handle payments via POS system.
• Count cash at shift start and maintain adequate change; check IDs for alcohol service.
• Maintain organized work area; clean and reset tables as needed.
• Order and stock bar supplies; display bottles attractively; dispose of broken glassware.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and health regulations; monitor guest safety and adherence.

POSITION SUMMARY

An Andretti Bartenderis a part-time rolewith the potential for earning tips. Bartenders are responsible for anticipating guest needs, and exceeding guest service expectations all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality Guest satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet Guest and takes orders within Andretti guidelines, always exceeding Guests expectations.
• Prepare standard and specialty mixed drinks. Pour wine and beerquickly, accurately, and without waste.
• Deliver food and beverage in a professional manner according to Andretti standards.
• Collect payment for all items purchased and consumed and operate the Point-of-Sale system with ease.
• Count cash drawer at the beginning of the shift for accuracy and ensure adequate amount of change is present.
• Maintain an organized work area and proactivelycleans and resets tables.
• Order and maintain liquor and bar supplies, display bottles in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
• Properly dispose of broken glassware.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local health regulations.
• Sufficiently handle and accurately count money.
• Check identification of any guest consuming alcohol.
• Follow all state and company guidelines regarding beverage services.
• Observe, instruct and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence.
• Assist with Guest recovery and notify manager to ensure positive Guest experiences.
• Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers.
• Performs Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.
• Prior guest service or hospitalityexperience is preferred.
