Job summary

KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is seeking a Bartender to join a fast-paced dining team. You will greet guests, answer questions about the menu, and prepare a consistent range of cocktails and beverages. The role emphasizes hospitality, energy, and teamwork in a lively setting.

The position requires 1+ years of bartending, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of bartending experience.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Knowledge of cocktails and beverage preparation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Answer questions regarding the menu and KPOT brand.
• Provide accurate information on menu, pricing, hours, promos and policies.
• Prepare drinks consistently for all guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
• Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
• Keep the bar clean and organized for clear sightlines.
• Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Inform management of special requests or concerns.
• Maintain a positive, energetic hospitality attitude.
• Multitask between bar and dining room orders.
• Demonstrate knowledge of classic cocktails for orders.
• Be a team player and support others as needed.
• Thank guests and invite them to return.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
