Job summary

KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is seeking a friendly, energetic Bartender to join our busy bar team in the United States. You will craft cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, greet guests, and ensure a smooth dining experience in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of bartending experience, comfort working near grills, and strong communication. Flexible evenings and weekends required; POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year bartending experience.
• State-mandated alcohol handlers certification.
• POS systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Answer questions regarding the menu and KPOT brand.
• Provide accurate information regarding menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.
• Create drinks with consistent quality for all guests (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
• Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
• Clean and organize the bar to ensure clear sightlines.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during the dining experience.
• Inform management of special requests or guest concerns.
• Maintain a positive, energetic hospitality-focused attitude.
• Balance bar and dining room orders; multi-task as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of classic cocktails to fulfill orders.
• Be a team player and assist colleagues as needed.
