Wow! Zone Family Entertainment Center in Mankato, MN is seeking friendly and energetic individuals to join our team as waitstaff at the bar and dining area. You will help create a fun and memorable experience for our guests while delivering timely service.

Ideal candidates have prior experience, excellent communication, a good eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be 21+ and ready to work flexible hours to support our popular family entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in waitstaff/bartending preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest concerns.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
