ELS is hiring for the position of Bartender in Okeechobee, Florida. The role focuses on accurate order taking, suggestive selling, and prompt drink preparation in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physical ability to: Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Remain mobile and work at a fast pace for shifts up to 8 hours.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Use suggestive selling to increase sales and enhance the guest experience
