Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and work for shifts up to 8 hours.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use suggestive selling to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
• Enter orders correctly into the POS system.
• Prepare and deliver drinks promptly.
• Handle payments and provide accurate change.
• Maintain full accountability for cash and transaction accuracy.
• Deliver friendly, courteous, and enthusiastic customer service.
