Qualifications

• Bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer and spirits.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Engage guests, make recommendations and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and menus.
• Operate efficiently during high-volume service periods.
• Process orders, payments, tabs, and transactions using POS.
• Assist with bar setup, stock, and closing duties.
• Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support promotions and beverage programs to drive revenue.
• Other duties as assigned.
