Job summary

Pure Barre is hiring part-time, hourly instructors to teach at our Bellevue, Kirkland, Mill Creek, Capitol Hill, and Columbia Station studios. Teachers must commit to a minimum of 6 classes per week for the first year, with schedules including early mornings, middays, evenings, weekends and holidays.

The role includes training before teaching, diligent class prep, keeping the studio tidy, demonstrating Pure Barre technique, and maintaining high energy for 50-minute sessions.

Responsibilities

• Teach a minimum of 6 classes per week for the first 12 months (early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Plan and prepare before each class; study choreography and quarterly changes.
• Assist with keeping the studio tidy.
• Demonstrate Pure Barre technique with proper form and maintain high energy for 50-minute classes.
• Complete Pure Barre-specific training before teaching.
