Job summary

Pure Barre Columbia/Silver Spring is seeking enthusiastic part-time instructors to lead 50-minute classes for up to 15 clients in a welcoming studio environment. You will create an energetic, supportive space that keeps members engaged and coming back.

No Pure Barre certification? We provide comprehensive training and ongoing coaching. Expect to teach at least 6 classes weekly with weekday evenings and weekend availability while embracing choreography updates and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with people and delivering motivating fitness classes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Dependable, professional, and a strong team player.
• Ability to lead and energize a group of up to 15 participants.
• Background in dance, Pilates, barre, or related fitness fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead inspiring 50-minute Pure Barre classes for up to 15 clients.
• Teach a minimum of 6 classes per week with weekday evenings and weekend availability.
• Learn and perform quarterly choreography updates and plan each class.
• Build relationships with members and maintain a welcoming studio environment.
