You will help execute store operations and maintain an engaging, visually appealing environment that motivates managers, associates, and customers daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume apparel business.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and metrics.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to create action plans to achieve results.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling, and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Develop team members who are committed to delivering a great customer experience.
• Oversee assigned division of responsibility and be accountable for results.
• Support merchandising and store operations standards consistently.
