Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking energetic individuals to join our team as brand ambassadors. You will engage homeowners at local events, fairs, and retail locations, aiming to set qualified consultations for our Design Consultants.

A strong conversational style, resilience to hearing no, and a go-getter mindset are essential. You’ll earn a guaranteed base of $20/hour plus $25–$35 per qualified appointment and a 0.5% commission on final sales.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, current auto insurance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind).
• Flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage the community at local events and retail sites.
• Set qualified appointments for Design Consultants.
• Address customer needs with conversation to build trust.
• Participate in coaching and role-playing to sharpen skills and increase bonuses.
