Job summary

YMCA of South Palm Beach County is seeking a dedicated Triathlon and Ybike Programs Coordinator to manage and deliver high-quality endurance-based programs. This role includes developing and leading triathlon and cycling activities while ensuring health and safety for all participants.

Ideal candidates should possess a degree in a relevant field, experience with endurance sports, and strong communication skills. Weekend availability is required for special events and races.

Qualifications

• Experience with endurance sports or bike/pedestrian safety instruction preferred.
• Experience leading athletic programs, events, or community races.
• Valid driver's license required; ability to tow a trailer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver the YMCA's endurance-based and YBike programs.
• Lead triathlon training and coordinate races and events.
• Ensure programs follow safety standards and maintain necessary certifications.
