Job summary

The National MS Society is seeking an Assistant Director, Endurance & Community Events in the Midwest Region to drive revenue through Walk MS and Bike MS campaigns. The position requires experience in nonprofit fundraising, strong communication, and proficiency with donor databases.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in donor databases (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of fundraising campaigns within the market.
• Ensure campaigns are innovative, mission-aligned, and compliant with standards.
• Drive revenue and monitor performance to meet portfolio goals.
• Translate national strategies into local plans for the market.
• Engage donors and volunteers, build lasting relationships.
• Analyze data trends to inform fundraising strategy and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate campaign efforts.
