Job summary

Agile Defense, Inc. is seeking an Endpoint Systems Administrator to serve as the technical liaison between the Enterprise Patch Management team and Customer Support Technicians.

This hands-on role drives the identification, tracking, and remediation of ACAS vulnerability findings and supports endpoint version control and software compliance. The successful candidate will bridge patching strategy and frontline execution to ensure vulnerabilities are communicated, addressed, documented, and closed

Qualifications

• Two to four years in endpoint systems administration or related IT role.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE).
• Knowledge of vulnerability-scanning and remediation workflows (ACAS/Nessus).
• Understanding patch management, endpoint config, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Hunt, triage, and remediate ACAS findings across managed endpoints.
• Coordinate with Patch Management to align remediation with patch cycles.
• Liaise between Patch Management and Customer Support Techs for hands-on actions.
• Support endpoint version control and software compliance.
• Troubleshoot nonstandard endpoint issues beyond routine workflows.
• Document remediation actions and track aging findings.
• Communicate findings and gather system context from customers.
