Qualifications

• Top Secret SCI clearance with ability to obtain poly before start
• DOD 8140 Certification applicable to role (minimum Security+)
• HS or higher with extensive IT experience or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years hands-on experience designing, integrating, validating, and implementing IT hardware and software solutions
• RHCSA or similar certification (or equivalents)
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
• Familiarity with IC ITE services and classified environments
• ITIL 4 Foundation or higher

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, configure, and implement enterprise Mobile Device Management solutions
• Apply human-centric design to optimize startup, login, and user experience
• Configure BIOS, RAM, device drivers, and full-disk encryption
• Automate endpoint configurations, testing, and deployments
• Apply network, firewall, and VPN concepts in secure environments
• Engineer profile-management solutions and workspace portability
• Develop endpoint-management solutions for diverse technologies
• Implement automated patch management and CMDB processes
• Analyze requirements and architectures to produce endpoint designs
• Collaborate with Operations and Government stakeholders
• Conduct feasibility studies and proofs of concept
• Incorporate capacity, performance, and service-level metrics into designs
• Produce engineering artifacts, test cases, and CONOPS documentation
• Lead integration and tradeoff analyses with lab validation
• Support transition to Operations through acceptance testing and early production rollout
• Troubleshoot and optimize VDI components
• Develop modernization strategies covering vendors and governance
• Support engineering-to-operations transition
