The role focuses on supporting endpoint engineering through reporting, automation, and compliance tracking, using tools like Power BI, Intune, and Nexthink.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, engineering, data analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring reports, Power BI dashboards, and KPI updates; document audit evidence per controls.
• Monitor endpoint compliance and remediation using Intune and Nexthink; elevate exceptions for engineering review.
• Assist with automation, data cleanup, and process standardization to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.
• Support project execution through testing, documentation, and status updates; contribute to endpoint security initiatives like patch management and zero-trust activities.
• Assist with vulnerability remediation, endpoint management, Azure Virtual Desktop improvements, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Analyze endpoint telemetry and operational data to identify trends and automation opportunities.
• Help transition execution activities to Digital Workplace Operations through data validation and tracking.
